Comix India is a comics publishing label under Studio Ekonte. It was earlier the name of a self-published anthology comics series begun in 2010 by Bharath Murthy and Kailash Iyer. Six volumes were released between 2010 and 2012, after which it went dormant until 2017. It has now been revived as a label under Studio Ekonte. Their first publication is Vérité, a comics anthology series featuring both Japanese and Indian comics for adults with Bharath Murthy as editor and Japanese manga editor Mitsuhiro Asakawa and manga historian Ryan Holmberg as Editorial Advisers.

Studio Ekonte LLP was founded in 2016 with the vision to publish comics and produce animation films. The founders are Bharath Murthy, Aniceto Pereira, and Alka Singh.
